So, if you need 24oz of nuts, it's approximately 5 times from my original recipe. So, use 10 cups of water, 15 tablespoons (equals 3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons) of baking soda with 24 oz of hazelnuts. Please remember to use a large stock pot to prevent boil over as you know it's going to foam up. You might also need to cook the nuts a little longer than 3 minutes with this amount. So, do a couple of test nuts to make sure.
